Methodik- und Prozessbegleiter: Expert in Process Excellence

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Specialist to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business results through process improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Implement new working methods and techniques on a team and individual level, and train employees in the applied methods and processes.
  • Meeting and Workshop Organization: Organize and moderate meetings and workshops within your area of responsibility, supporting teams in the implementation of rules and techniques in the applied method and project documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the maintenance of quality standards.
  • Problem Analysis: Conduct systematic problem analyses and identify continuous improvement potential in processes, methods, and tooling.
  • Methodology Expert: Communicate applied working methods and techniques as a contact person for internal departments.
  • Interface and Collaboration: Take on an interface function between departments and promote close cooperation between all parties involved.
  • Networking and Knowledge Sharing: Actively maintain exchange and networking in the field and promote understanding and knowledge of methodology, tooling, and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed studies in business administration, economics, computer science, etc., or completed vocational training with further education, e.g., as a technician, business administrator, or management assistant.
  • Experience: Proven experience in PMO, Agile Coaching, or process management.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, strong communication skills, and ability to work with diverse interfaces and in a dynamic work environment with agile processes.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, responsible, and quality-conscious.
