VPL Personal Leasing GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.



In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and collaborating with various stakeholders.



Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly and yearly financial statements for both domestic and international subsidiaries.
  • Effectively manage cash flow and financial resources to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Reconcile accounts meticulously to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Generate precise tax reports in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.


Your Qualifications:
  • Possess a completed commercial education with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Hold a recognized certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter/in, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  • Bring several years of proven work experience in a similar accounting role within a reputable organization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication with international stakeholders.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage financial data efficiently.
