We are currently seeking a Project Engineer/Architect (m/f/d) specializing in project management for public and industrial infrastructure. If you possess a background in engineering or architecture and have a passion for overseeing large-scale projects, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Your Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage significant projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, and others
- Build and lead a project team, potentially utilizing a Shared Leadership model
- Provide technical, financial, and organizational guidance throughout construction projects
- Manage the tendering and contracting processes for planning and execution services
- Ensure compliance with cost, time, quality, and resource parameters
- Conduct thorough analyses, develop actionable plans, and offer recommendations
- Manage contracts and mitigate risks in time-sensitive construction projects
- Completed studies in engineering (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture) with a solid business acumen
- Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects as an engineer
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- Familiarity with construction standards and regulations
- Fluent in written and spoken German (C1-C2 level)
