Aufgabenbereich- Hauptansprechpartner für interne Anforderungen bezüglich Stammdaten in den Bereichen Debitoren, Kreditoren und Material.
- Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Prozessabweichungen sowie Klärung offener Positionen.
- Durchführung von Analysen, Abstimmungen und Bereinigungen von Stammdaten zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität.
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit unserem administrativen Shared Service Center in der Slowakei.
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von gesetzlichen sowie konzerninternen Kontrollen.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und praktische Erfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement.
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation.
- Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Google Apps und SAP.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Teamfähigkeit und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeiten.
