We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to enhance our operations, reporting directly to the Head of Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and procuring essential materials for maintenance activities.
- Conducting thorough inspections of incoming goods, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
- Managing the administrative tasks related to the dispatch and receipt of aircraft components, specialized tools, and other necessary items.
- Performing regular stock assessments, quality checks, and inventory management.
- Liaising with suppliers, external partners, and technical teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assisting the logistics department with daily operational tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics with a solid understanding of the relevant responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with various operational systems.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and responsible in work execution.
- Demonstrated commitment and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with an organized approach and a knack for effective coordination.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Eligibility to obtain necessary clearances for airside access.
- Authorized to work within the EU.
- Flexibility to work on weekends as needed.
