IT Compliance and Governance Lead

Position Overview

Raisin Bank is a forward-thinking fintech organization that merges the reliability and security of traditional banking with the agility and creativity of a start-up. We are seeking a skilled professional to become part of our team as an IT Compliance and Governance Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Team in developing a cohesive IT Compliance and Governance framework.
  • Oversee and facilitate both internal and external audits related to IT.
  • Develop and refine the internal control framework pertaining to IT operations.
  • Advise and assist pertinent stakeholders across business and IT domains.
  • Establish service benchmarks, implement monitoring systems, and strive for ongoing enhancement of service delivery methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations and IT compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in IT Compliance and Governance within the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in both English and German.
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to reconcile diverse interests.
  • Experienced in formulating IT processes and best practice guidelines.
