Retail Operations Leader

Your Role in Retail.
In our retail division, we play a crucial role in authentically conveying the Tom Tailor lifestyle to our customers. This involves not only providing expert advice but also actively selling our products. Our top priority is to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. We also value networking: by nurturing relationships and building new connections, we continuously develop both the brand and ourselves.

Your Responsibilities.
As a team leader, you will:
1. Oversee personnel management, recruitment, team assembly, and effective scheduling while fostering a motivating and positive spirit on the sales floor.
2. Ensure smooth operations and optimize all store processes, maintaining effective communication across departments and collaborating closely with area managers and central office teams.
3. Serve as a role model for customer and service orientation, acting as a host and actively participating in sales to enhance the customer journey.
4. Maintain ideal product presentation and embody the values and vision of Tom Tailor as a brand ambassador.
5. Analyze key performance indicators and implement necessary measures based on your findings.
Your Profile.
You should possess:
1. Initial leadership experience along with essential soft skills: effective communication, empathy, delegation, motivation, fairness, assertiveness, a positive mindset, and a high level of self-reflection.
2. Strong organizational skills, independence, reliability, quick comprehension, and resilience.
3. A hands-on mentality, proactive approach, and flexibility in both time and expertise.
4. A high degree of customer and service orientation, serving as a positive role model for all staff.
5. Technical affinity, a digital mindset, and a willingness to work with digital retail tools.
