Your Future Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new business prospects within both existing and potential customer bases.
- Discover new business avenues by assessing and prioritizing incoming leads from diverse marketing initiatives.
- Independently engage with leads through initial meetings conducted via phone or video conferencing with current or prospective clients.
- Tasked with pinpointing decision-makers for the SEEBURGER offerings, you will arrange targeted customer meetings for the sales team and actively cultivate the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with direct sales teams, meticulously documenting all activities in the SEEBURGER CRM system while developing and executing sales campaigns autonomously.
- Proactively create, comment on, and share social media content tailored to industry and customer needs, becoming an essential part of the "Digital Customer Journey."
Your Qualifications
- Completion of commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in tele-prospecting, call center operations, social media engagement (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), outbound sales, or business development is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in opening new opportunities and fostering relationships at various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with IT or software sales is advantageous.
- Possess an open and communicative personality.
- Exhibit dedication and enthusiasm for working within a dynamic and motivated team.
