Tax Consultant in International Taxation

As a key member of our organization, you will engage with intricate tax challenges across various domains of tax legislation. Your primary responsibilities will encompass providing tax structuring guidance, navigating international tax regulations, and exploring specialized areas that pique your interest.
- You will tackle stimulating topics in international tax regulations, including inbound and outbound transactions, exit taxation, controlled foreign company provisions, and issues related to permanent establishments and withholding tax.
- Your role will also involve tax advisory for internal group restructurings and transformations, particularly those with an international dimension, crafting tax structuring strategies, and contributing to expert analyses.
- Additionally, you will support our clients in tax defense consulting during audits, as well as in alternative dispute resolution and judicial appeal processes.
Have you successfully completed your business or legal education or are you nearing completion? Do you possess strong proficiency in both German and English, along with some experience in tax consultancy? We are eager to connect with you.
