Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor/Workshop Manager at DELLO GRUPPE, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert advice to customers regarding service options and offerings
- Promote tailored aftersales services to meet customer needs
- Manage order creation while ensuring feasibility, warranty considerations, and special service options
- Oversee scheduling and execution of maintenance and repair tasks to uphold high-quality standards
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while expanding the client base
- Support workshop operations as a manager
Your Qualifications:
- Completed technical training with manufacturer-specific qualifications
- Extensive experience in automotive service, particularly in aftersales
- Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for vehicles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with CARLO Dealer Management System is a plus
- Demonstrated resilience, performance, eagerness to learn, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a focus on cost efficiency and results
