Your Responsibilities- You will serve as a key point of contact for Paid Social within the agency, leading your team effectively.
- Collaborating with group leaders and a team of 20, you will oversee the Paid Social initiatives for our agency clients, managing everything from tactical campaign planning and execution to quality assurance, optimization, and reporting.
- You will actively develop forward-thinking visions, strategies, and scalable processes for the growth and structural advancement of the department, while also mentoring your team members.
- Maintaining a focus on revenue and profitability, you will act with entrepreneurial responsibility, consistently driving positive growth for your area and the agency.
- You will lead the automation of processes and enhance the utilization of tools.
- As a Social Advertising expert, you will represent the agency externally, enhancing the profile of both the unit and the agency.
- You will share your expertise with your team and support their professional and personal development.
