Your Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate insolvency cases in collaboration with appointed insolvency practitioners
• Conduct asset valuations and draft reports for the insolvency court
• Facilitate communication with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders involved in the proceedings

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Business Law (LL.B. or LL.M.)
• Experience in insolvency management is advantageous
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
