We are seeking a skilled (Senior) Category Manager specializing in Corporate Services, particularly in areas such as Temporary Labour, consulting, employee benefits, and travel. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration with both stakeholders and suppliers on a global scale, streamlining procurement processes, and driving initiatives aimed at enhancing the maturity of Indirect Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive spend analysis and develop strategic category plans
- Implement sourcing strategies in partnership with key stakeholders
- Enhance supplier portfolio management across diverse international markets
- Cultivate relationships with Operations to facilitate organizational growth
- Serve as the primary contact for procurement in Corporate Services
- Create and oversee category performance reporting
- Champion the implementation of best-in-class procurement practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the procurement of Corporate Services
- In-depth understanding of strategic sourcing principles
- Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience conducting market analysis and benchmarking
- Strong communication and project management capabilities
- Ability to establish trust with business partners
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
- Willingness to travel as required
