We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Representative to support our operations in the Arabian Region.

Your Key Responsibilities

The primary role of the Field Service Representative involves providing expert assistance and guidance to customer personnel at their locations regarding operational, technical, and training aspects of the Diehl Defence product range.

Core Duties Include:
  • Delivering technical support and on-site training for clients
  • Assisting customers in developing maintenance protocols
  • Conducting on-site maintenance for Diehl Defence products and collaborating with Diehl experts
  • Managing spare parts inventory and monitoring equipment configuration status
  • Acting as the liaison between Diehl Defence, local partners, and clients for all support-related inquiries
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A degree in engineering or substantial relevant experience in fields such as electrical engineering, communication systems, software development, or similar
  • Practical experience in the operation and maintenance of network and communication systems, ideally with knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, Java, IP/Ethernet, Firewall, network architecture, and radio communications
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, along with strong communication abilities
  • The capacity to navigate and respect diverse cultural regulations and practices
  • A truck driving license is advantageous; proficiency in written and spoken English is essential
