RETAIL APPRENTICE OR SALES ASSOCIATE

Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for our clientele
  • Manage product orders and verify incoming shipments
  • Showcase products at the sales counter and operate scales and slicers
  • Oversee retail operations from receiving goods to final sales
  • Perform quality and freshness assessments
  • Rotate through various departments within our stores:

Cashier Section: Engage with dairy, produce, dry goods, shelf stocking, and cashier responsibilities at modern checkout systems.
Bakery (with hot sales): Prepare, serve, and sell nutritious baked items, snacks, and meals.
Service Counter (meat, cold cuts, and cheese): Provide and sell premium meat, cheese, deli, and seafood products.

Your Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary education
  • Friendly, approachable, and sociable demeanor
  • Sales-driven mindset
  • Proficient in German for effective customer communication
