Position Overview:

As a Used Vehicle Operations Coordinator at Gottfried Schultz, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of vehicle operations and supporting various functions within the central dispatch. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficient processing of pre-owned vehicle orders utilizing advanced digital management systems
• Overseeing vehicle acquisitions and conducting inventory evaluations within the Dealer Management System
• Creating and maintaining electronic vehicle documentation, ensuring all files are complete and accurate
• Managing and tracking incentive programs
• Drafting order confirmations and processing invoices
• Calculating commissions for sellers
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional support
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and quality of work

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a comparable qualification
• Previous experience in the automotive sector or a similar position is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with vehicle dispatch software (e.g., Vaudis, Easy-Car-Sales)
• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and manufacturers
