Commercial Analyst DACH Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst DACH to join our team at Hill's Pet Nutrition. As a Commercial Analyst DACH, you will be responsible for identifying and highlighting commercial opportunities across the market channels by analyzing market, customer, and internal sales data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and correlate data from multiple sources to generate commercial insights
- Review available internal reports and KPIs to identify abnormalities and provide insights and understanding with deeper analysis of root causes and potential correlations
- Collect and share data and insights about our competitors and customers
- Work with Customer Development Manager and Key Account Managers to provide fact-based input on opportunities and suitable actions for the different channels and customers
- Participate at Customer Meetings to present insights and opportunities
- Provide regular updates to Management, highlighting reasons for specific brand/customer performance
- Collaborate with others to work on special projects for which specific data analysis and insights are required
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Fluency in German and English, French would be a plus
- 2-3 years experience in data analytics and/or market research and/or Finance
- Ambitious & willing to keep developing
- Positive attitude, through challenging situations. Highly resilient and advocate for change
- Highly organized and competent project management skills. Sets clear priorities
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and identify new opportunities for improvement
- Shows clarity of thought in complex situations. Can clearly explain scientific terms in simple, clear language
What We Offer:
