Cross-Border Integration Consultant

Objective:

Facilitate customer success through effective technical implementation of itslearning by delivering integration and technical services.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical services to clients.

· Track and report progress and time sheets to the project manager.

· Maintain communication with clients throughout the integration project (status updates, etc.).

· Obtain client approval upon project delivery.

· Engage in integration projects as required.

· Support pre-sales and tendering initiatives.

· Ensure documentation is current based on interactions with local services and client projects.

· Upon client agreement, oversee bug fixing and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

· MSc/BSc or equivalent technical qualification.

· Experience with School Information Systems.

· Proficient in SQL databases.

· Familiar with SAML and LDAP protocols.

· Comfortable working with XML and XSLT.

· Experienced with web services (SOAP and REST).

· Intermediate to advanced scripting/programming abilities.

· Organized and methodical.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Experience working directly with end customers.

· Fluency in English and German is essential.

· A valid work permit for Germany is required.
