Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trainee to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with regional customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition
- Establish and maintain relationships with regional customers through regular communication and visits
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Customer Retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding ongoing and future IT projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Team Management
- Work closely with the recruitment team to select and develop technical staff
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Administration
- Process customer inquiries and requests
- Develop and present customized proposals and quotes
- Negotiate prices and contracts with customers
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in German language and a valid driver's license
