• Developing quality plans throughout various project stages
• Collaborating with clients and manufacturing facilities on measurement strategies
• Ensuring the readiness of measurement tools for both external and internal evaluations
• Coordinating quality targets and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Planning and executing component evaluations
• Managing production approval workflows

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in the automotive interior and plastic manufacturing sectors
• Familiarity with automotive interior products and their manufacturing processes
• Strong expertise in quality planning methodologies
• Experience in managing projects and supplier relationships
• Fluency in English
• Organized, dedicated, and results-driven
