Your Role
  • Position: Delivering academic modules aligned with the curriculum
  • Overseeing, proctoring, and evaluating assignments and examinations
  • Modifying, designing, or creating new course materials as necessary
  • Guiding dissertation projects each academic year
  • Providing advice, mentorship, and constructive feedback to students
  • Instructing on study techniques and examination strategies
  • Offering personalized tutoring to enhance academic success
  • Evaluating student progress and organizing tutoring sessions
  • Tracking student performance and maintaining comprehensive records
  • Engaging in professional development sessions to improve teaching methods
  • Creating educational resources and developing content as required
  • Effectively communicating student progress
  • Identifying support strategies for students in need
  • Maintaining teaching-related documentation and offering tutor assistance
  • Actively contributing to the promotion of the institution
  • Participating in various institutional activities as needed
Your Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications:
    • PhD or DBA (MBA in specific instances)
    • Previous teaching experience in higher education settings
    • Familiarity with relevant software and educational platforms
    • Proficiency in English (C2 level), with German language skills preferred
    • Comprehensive understanding of academic regulations
