Your Responsibilities
- Commissioning new systems and components at our facility and at customer sites
- Training customer personnel on system operation and maintenance
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, performing repairs, and conducting maintenance
- Preparing for and executing service tasks
- Collaborating closely with sales, technical, project management, and production teams
Your Profile
- Completed technical training as a mechatronics technician (m/w/d) or equivalent
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Confident communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented work style
- International travel experience
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Optional: English and Italian language skills
