Job Overview:

As a Healthcare Technical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting surgical teams and ensuring optimal patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing patients for various medical procedures
  • Assisting during surgical interventions
  • Accurately documenting patient care activities
  • Sterilizing and preparing medical instruments
  • Operating and maintaining essential medical equipment
  • Participating in on-call rotations as required

This position requires the completion of a 3-year training program, and while previous experience and specialized training are preferred, strong clinical skills, reliability, and a patient-centered approach are essential.
