About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at Vercel. As an Observability Expert, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable web services, applications, and APIs that enable better insight into applications and their performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable web services, applications, and APIs
  • Closely collaborate with partners to create best-of-breed solutions
  • Design software system architecture
  • Develop and maintain internal software tools
  • Troubleshoot, incident handling, and bug fixing
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency
  • Write technical documents
Requirements
  • Advanced programming skills in TypeScript
  • Good experience using NoSQL databases
  • Previous SRE experience or knowledge of ensuring reliability across multiple microservices
  • Hands-on knowledge of state-of-the-art monitoring and logging tools
