Your Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll accounting processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle employee registrations and deregistrations with social security agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Calculate social security contributions, income tax, and church tax, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant tax laws.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, tax offices, health insurances, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile
  • Completed training as a payroll accountant, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field.
  • Availability for full or part-time employment (minimum 20 hours per week with possibilities for more), allowing for flexibility and commitment to our team.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, showcasing practical skills and knowledge.
  • Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office, Simba, and SBS Lohn programs are desirable (comprehensive training is offered alternatively).
  • Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, taking initiative and delivering results.
  • Reliability, openness to development, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player attitude.
