Are you enthusiastic about the brewing industry and eager to contribute to our success? We are looking for a committed professional to take on the role of Production and Logistics Manager at Paulaner Produktion und Logistik Gesellschaft mbH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the bottling department in a multi-shift environment
  • Champion sustainability initiatives focused on resource management and energy/water efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the bottling process
  • Design and implement training and apprenticeship programs for employees
  • Promote safety protocols within the workplace
  • Drive process enhancements aimed at cost reduction
  • Ensure the timely delivery of products
  • Manage material intake and safety measures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Brewing, Beverage Technology, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in a relevant field
  • Background in project management and commissioning
  • Proficient in MS-Office and SAP software
  • Knowledge in energy management and sustainability practices
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in industrial environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
