Pricing Strategist / Sales Controller (m/w/d)
Are you skilled in sales control tools and methodologies for precise analysis, with a strong affinity for numerical data? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bridge between the Sales, Product Development, and Financial Planning departments
- Design and execute innovative pricing frameworks and proactive pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness
- Formulate pricing strategy proposals for both new and existing offerings, collaborating on cost assessments
- Examine market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to inform relevant pricing decisions
- Oversee and coordinate pricing initiatives in both operational and strategic pricing management
- Lead efforts to automate and digitalize fundamental processes while promoting data-driven pricing approaches
- Compile price assessments, analytical reports, and presentations for executive review
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerBI
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data interpretation and reporting
- Sales acumen, especially in pricing strategies
- Organized and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Dedication, high performance, and innovative thinking
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to effective cooperation with diverse stakeholders
- Confident presence and excellent communication abilities
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
