Pricing Strategist / Sales Controller (m/w/d)

Are you skilled in sales control tools and methodologies for precise analysis, with a strong affinity for numerical data? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a bridge between the Sales, Product Development, and Financial Planning departments
  • Design and execute innovative pricing frameworks and proactive pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness
  • Formulate pricing strategy proposals for both new and existing offerings, collaborating on cost assessments
  • Examine market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to inform relevant pricing decisions
  • Oversee and coordinate pricing initiatives in both operational and strategic pricing management
  • Lead efforts to automate and digitalize fundamental processes while promoting data-driven pricing approaches
  • Compile price assessments, analytical reports, and presentations for executive review

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in SAP is a plus
  • Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerBI
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data interpretation and reporting
  • Sales acumen, especially in pricing strategies
  • Organized and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Dedication, high performance, and innovative thinking
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to effective cooperation with diverse stakeholders
  • Confident presence and excellent communication abilities
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
