About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team at Studienkreis GmbH as a Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) im Vertrieb in Teilzeit im Nachmittag. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our educational services to potential clients and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools
