Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at I. K. Hofmann, a leading company in the PET recycling and preform manufacturing industry.

• Operate and maintain complex production equipment, including injection molding machines and auxiliary systems.
• Monitor and control production quality, ensuring high standards are met.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Package and label products, inspecting for quality and accuracy.

• Completed vocational training as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber or equivalent technical training.
• Experience in operating complex production equipment.
• Valid certification to operate forklifts.
• Flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and a motivated work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift continuous operation.
