Risk Management Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Credit Risk Management specialist. As a key member of our Order-to-Cash process, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of payment flows and maintaining accurate master data throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day credit operations, including master data, accounts receivable, collections, cash management, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate closely with CCRM EMEA and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Develop and maintain documentation of procedures for internal and audit purposes, ensuring compliance with BASF policies and business guidelines.
- Monitor and clean up data, providing proactive ideas and information to support regional monitoring and reporting.
- Support projects and ensure smooth execution of business processes and system accommodations, collaborating on improving and standardizing business best practices and processes.
- Completed formal vocational training program in business and commerce or a comparable degree or certification.
- First professional experience in the Order-to-Cash field, preferably in credit risk management, finance, or treasury.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and networking skills in English, with additional language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, or French a plus.
- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data for process improvements and independently solve problems.
- Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
- Gross annual salary (full-time): €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
