We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team at Quip AG. As a key member of our Business Service department, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a service-oriented industry
• Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including accounting and financial planning tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
