ESO Education Group is seeking dedicated instructors to support apprentices in their journey towards successful careers in various skilled trades. As a vital part of our Assisted Training (AsA flex) project, you will play a crucial role in empowering young individuals with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they need to excel in their chosen fields.

Your Impact:

  • Provide comprehensive tutoring sessions to apprentices enrolled in recognized vocational training programs.
  • Reinforce technical concepts through engaging lessons, fostering a deeper understanding of essential trade practices.
  • Motivate and inspire apprentices, guiding them towards achieving their full potential within the skilled trades industry.

What We Look For:

We seek individuals with a passion for teaching and a commitment to empowering the next generation of skilled professionals. Ideal candidates possess:

  • Completed technical training as a Master, Technician, or Specialist in one of the following trades:
    • Courier, Express and Postal Services Specialist
    • Tiler
    • Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Technician
    • Warehouse Logistics Specialist
    • Painter
    • Surface Coater
    • Vehicle Painter
  • Or completed college or university studies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with young learners.
  • Empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on apprentices' lives.
  • A solid understanding of learning fundamentals and targeted teaching techniques.
