About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at EWE TEL GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our telecommunications products and services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Sales: You will be responsible for actively selling our telecommunications products and services to customers over the phone.
  • Customer Satisfaction: You will strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Professional Consultation: You will provide professional tariff consultations to customers and process their tariff and product requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Solution-Focused: You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaboration with Field Sales: You will work closely with our field sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are implemented efficiently.
  • Teamwork: You will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 10 people and will work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • You will have a commercial education or equivalent qualification.
  • You will have prior experience in telephone sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You will have a passion for working with customers and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You will be a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
