Über Ambibox: Wir sind ein innovatives Unternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung fortschrittlicher Technologien spezialisiert hat. Um unser Team weiter auszubauen, suchen wir einen Requirements Analyst (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer spannenden Projekte.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Bedarfsermittlung: Du analysierst die Anforderungen für anspruchsvolle Entwicklungsprojekte und unterstützt das technische Team bei der Erstellung von Spezifikationen.
  • Kundenorientierung: Du berücksichtigst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und bereitest diese für die Produktentwicklung auf.
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle: Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen dem Management, der Hardware- und Softwareentwicklung sowie den Testteams.
  • Dokumentation: Du bist verantwortlich für die umfassende Dokumentation und die Einhaltung von Normen und Vorschriften.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du überprüfst regelmäßig die Umsetzung der festgelegten Anforderungen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du hast die Möglichkeit, bestehende Anforderungsprozesse zu überarbeiten und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit einem elektrotechnischen Schwerpunkt.
  • Idealerweise bringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement im Bereich Leistungselektronik, e-Mobilität oder DC-Microgrids mit.
  • Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Fragestellungen zu analysieren und eigenständig Lösungskonzepte zu entwickeln, die du systematisch umsetzt.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch vernetztes Denken, unternehmerisches Handeln sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus und hast ein großes Interesse an neuen technologischen Entwicklungen.
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend und hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
