Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Shift Manager to join our team at ID Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics center in Kleinostheim, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including the creation of schedules and the monitoring of stock levels.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, with a focus on team leadership and process management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals. Proficiency in WMS systems and experience with inventory management software.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
