Battery Assembly Specialist

At MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG, we are seeking a skilled Battery Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality battery assemblies are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire battery assembly process from start to finish, including leak testing and ageing.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of anode, cathode, and stack (jelly roll) handling procedures.
- Understand and apply USW welding, CT Scan, and Final Welding Via Laser techniques.
- Verify battery production requirements for quality and process.
- Read, correct, and write specifications for the assembly line.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies or further training in a technical field.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Self-confident and customer-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of battery assembly processes.
