Field Service Technician for Industrial Systems

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team at ERC GmbH, a leader in emission reduction technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and commissioning of advanced industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing maintenance tasks on smoke gas purification systems (SCR/SNCR).
- Overseeing the upkeep of industrial burners.
- Commissioning smoke gas purification systems (SCR/SNCR) to ensure optimal performance.
- Assisting in the production of SNCR systems.
- Supporting experimental procedures related to SNCR technology.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training (journeyman/technician) in relevant fields such as locksmithing, electrical work, industrial mechanics, or mechatronics, or
- A degree in engineering (B.Sc./B.Eng.) in disciplines like electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in the commissioning of industrial facilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with automation technology (TIA Portal) is advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding, with experience in fluid mechanics and smoke gas emissions being a plus.
- Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, along with a high degree of responsibility and commitment.
- A structured and conscientious work approach, complemented by strong analytical skills.
