Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Associate im Bereich Private Equity Real Estate, der sich auf die Analyse und Bewertung von Immobilieninvestitionen spezialisiert hat.

Aufgaben
  • Deal Sourcing: Aktives Netzwerken im Immobilienmarkt, Kontakte pflegen und Opportunitäten ausfindig machen
  • Deal Analysis: Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs-, Objekt- und Trendanalysen. Koordination und ständige Kommunikation im Team sowie mit externen Partnern
  • Deal Execution: Ausarbeitung von Investitionsempfehlungen, Koordination und Durchführung von Due Diligence Prozessen, Kaufvertragsverhandlungen und Strukturierung unterstützen, sowie Begleitung bei der Abwicklung von Kaufverträgen
  • Investment Management: Begleitung von Investments nach Ankauf und laufende Überprüfung der Performance
  • Leadership: Anleitung von Nachwuchskräften
Voraussetzungen
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten sowie mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Praxiserfahrung bei einem Immobilieninvestor, Investment Bank, Private Equity oder einem spezialisierten Beratungsunternehmen
  • Hervorragende akademische Leistungen in Form eines abgeschlossenen Hochschulstudiums im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännisch ausgerichteten Fachrichtung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Immobilienmarktes und Verständnis für die Anlageklasse Immobilie
  • Exzellenter Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen (insb. MS Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und verständlich darzustellen
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Integrität und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Teamorientierte Einstellung und hohe Qualitätsansprüche
  • Flexibilität sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben und Projekte zu führen
