We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our Digital Lab Solutions division in delivering innovative and high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for our software solutions
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain the product backlog, define user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team has clearly prioritized tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and workshops to discuss requirements and progress, ensuring clear communication of business requirements and translation into software requirements
- Coordinate the planning, development, and release of new software versions, including conducting beta testing and gathering feedback
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements in the medical field
- Support the creation of product documentation and training materials for end users and internal teams
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Creatively promote our products and services through written text
- Academic degree in bio-/medical technology with strong IT affinity or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in healthcare IT (e.g., in-vitro diagnostics, workflow automation, interoperability, data analytics, clinical decision support)
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development, including sound knowledge of agile and lean methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills (English fluent) to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a good understanding of technical and business contexts
- High degree of teamwork and willingness to cooperate in order to work successfully in interdisciplinary teams
- Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation and continuous learning as the role evolves with technological advancements and market changes
