About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team at Ten Brinke. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design concepts in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects, including building information models (BIM) and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, engineering, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Professional degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, construction, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
