Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team at rotros GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, managing warehouse operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory levels.

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
