We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team at AlphaConsult KG. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll activities and ensuring accurate processing of employee compensation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payroll activities, including employee compensation calculations, and ensure timely payments.
- Record working hours, vacation days, and sick leaves, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately, and prepare payroll documents.
- Communicate with authorities and social security institutions, and ensure compliance with labor and social security laws.
- Completed degree in Accounting or Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of labor and social security law.
- Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
