Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Facility Management or a related field.
  • Possess several years of experience in Facility Management.

  • Be fluent in German to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
