We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our world-leading customer, which specializes in military aviation, military and civil space systems, as well as sensors and communication technology for defense and security.

Your Responsibilities
- Reporting and analysis of HR KPIs, including absenteeism, headcount, bonus, and salary authorizations
- Management of HR processes and improvements, including participating in HR tools deployments and policies implementation
- Leading Business Transformation projects linked to legal restructuring or carve-in/out regarding tools and HR processes impacts
- Supporting the HR4HR team in HR process and policy deployment, as well as HR partnering with the business
Your Qualifications
- A degree in business administration or a related field
- HR operational experience with good knowledge of HR processes and business acumen
- Strong information management systems skills and knowledge of data analytics
- Knowledge of SAP and MS applications
- A team-oriented mindset, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and influence towards diverse audiences, including senior management, and strong networking skills
