Position Overview: Atlassian Specialist for the Insurance Sector

We are seeking a dedicated Atlassian Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency within the insurance domain. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our Atlassian suite, including JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and addressing specific client needs
  • Developing and implementing automation strategies
  • Identifying and selecting add-ons for improved functionality
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues proactively
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Significant experience with Atlassian software
  • Familiarity with Linux system management (preferred)
  • Proficiency in database management and Java programming (beneficial)
