We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Client Delivery Management team in Germany. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's project portfolio, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Portfolio Management
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Business Analysis
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Develop and implement business solutions to meet customer needs
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement team development plans to improve project delivery
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and customers
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
