Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory analyses using various techniques, including PCR-based methods, to identify pathogens and provide accurate results.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures, including PCR-based methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
