Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH. As a key member of our logistics and distribution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse management system and transportation management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the rollout of our OMNI Channel ambitions, focusing on our Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System, and other relevant background and integrations systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  • Work closely with our Agile delivery teams to support a smooth go-live of new systems and processes.
  • Participate in workshops and reviews of processes and systems with customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and facilitate trainings for Super and End Users, ensuring proper documentation and user adoption.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience handling warehouse management systems and transportation management systems.
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working and Scrum.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel and Visio.
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Prior experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Problem Solving Techniques is beneficial.
