POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a member of Commvault, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Cyber Resilience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with industry experts and internal teams to formulate product strategies, partnership opportunities, and market approaches.

Additionally, you will represent our organization as a spokesperson and advocate for cyber resilience, articulating our perspectives on market shifts, technological advancements, and organizational maturity models. Your ability to engage audiences through compelling presentations and workshops will be vital.
This role demands a candidate who can effectively communicate (inspire our target audience with enthusiasm) and demonstrate credible experience and technical expertise.
Travel is an integral aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Cyber Resilience advocate, showcasing our solutions to potential clients and stakeholders at industry events.
- Analyze and communicate complex cybersecurity risks to clients, emphasizing how our software can meet their security requirements.
- Facilitate presentations and workshops that promote cyber resilience concepts and influence strategic IT decision-making.
- Support the sales process with your cybersecurity knowledge, providing reference architectures, technical designs, and demonstrations, while addressing technical inquiries and offering insights for proposal development.
- Remain informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory changes to ensure our offerings are relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with CISOs, SecOps personnel, and Architects to effectively communicate the value of Commvault's cyber resilience solutions, including Threat Detection, Anomaly Detection, Cleanroom, Deception, and Active Directory Protection.
- Advise clients on best practices for cyber resilience and assist them in developing reliable recovery plans.
- Engage in internal collaboration with leadership, sales, and development teams to enhance understanding of the evolving cybersecurity landscape, while providing user feedback and market insights to inform product enhancements and new feature development.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in German and English.
- Exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills with strong communication abilities.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT risk management, and the regulatory environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Threat Detection, Anomaly Detection, and Cyber Deception techniques.
- Over 5 years of experience working with enterprise clients to define and implement security solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in promoting and demonstrating technology products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in engaging with press and analysts.
- Proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish.
- Experience with real-world cyber breach investigations.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
- Familiarity with Commvault or similar backup technologies.
- Previous experience in a comparable role or deep technical experience in technical sales support.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures and database systems, along with their cybersecurity implications.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise environments and engaging with various stakeholders.
