In unserem Competence Center Salesforce Cloud Solutions gestaltest du für unsere Kunden geschäftskritische Prozesse in den Bereichen Sales, Service, Marketing und deren Integration in die bestehende Backend-Welt und setzt die Anforderungen unserer Kunden in innovative, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen auf der Salesforce-Plattform um. Salesforce ist sehr agil und schnell zu implementieren. Salesforce-Projekte schließt du oft innerhalb weniger Monate erfolgreich ab und bist dann bereit für neue Aufgaben bei neuen Kunden. Beim Erwerb notwendiger (Re-)Zertifizierungen unterstützen wir dich durch Trainings und Mentoring durch erfahrene Kollegen.

Deine Mission

  • Du bist für Ergebnisse und Projekte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg verantwortlich
  • Du wirkst bei der Angebotserstellung und -präsentation mit den Schwerpunkten Scope-Definition und Planung (Vorgehen, Kosten, Zeit) mit und erstellst Leistungsbeschreibungen und Aufwandsschätzungen für Akquisen
  • Du führst Projekte durch, sowohl agil (Scrum) als auch klassisch (Wasserfall, Festpreis)
  • Du gestaltest und optimierst Prozesse im Vertrieb, Service und Marketing im Rahmen unserer nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekte
  • Du bist für Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Implementierungs- und Integrationsanforderungen in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Service und Marketing und Salesforce-Konfiguration verantwortlich
  • Du bist strategischer Ansprechpartner auf C-Level und eröffnest neue Geschäftsfelder, bzw. entwickelst entsprechende Business-Strategien

Dein Skillset

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, -wissenschaften, -mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung mit Salesforce-Einführungen, Customizing und cloudbasierten Architekturen im Allgemeinen, sowie nachweisbare Salesforce-Zertifizierungen und Projekteinsätze
  • Erfahrung sowohl mit agilen Vorgehensmodellen als auch mit dem klassischen Wasserfallansatz, entsprechende Zertifizierungen (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe) wünschenswert
  • Erfolgreiche Mitwirkung in diversen IT-Implementierungsprojekten in verantwortlichen Rollen z.B. in der Konzeption und idealerweise auch als Projektleiter
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe in den Bereichen CRM, Vertrieb, Customer Service und/oder Marketing sowie der Prozessanalyse und –dokumentation wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie Reisebereitschaft
